1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account with ph979. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting ph979 support. All pending withdrawals will be processed prior to closure. Any bonuses not yet meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Currency: All transactions on ph979 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Verification: ph979 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate ph979 transaction is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph979 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral programs. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward ph979 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without ph979's prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph979 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to ph979 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ph979's express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ph979 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph979 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
• ph979 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
• ph979's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph979 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ph979's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Responsible Gaming
